2020 L.A. Marathon Preview: Training, Goals, Starting Corral, Throw Down

by Chase Parnell — March 6, 2020

Hey Everybody, just wanted to post a quick status update before flying down to L.A. to run the marathon, which will likely be my last road race of the year. On to the trails! I touch briefly on the corona virus, my training for the race since CIM, my goals for this weekend, I whine a bit about the starting corral system and how I’m likely going to get screwed, and then I end the video saying the term “throw down” — twice — so there’s that. Sorry, kind of a long video of me just rambling and spitting out a lot of numbers and paces and whatnot. I think you’d have to be a runner to find this interesting! Alright, time to get packing and catch my flight! Hopefully I have some good news to report come Sunday! Thanks for all the support and encouragement!
