This week we reflect on what runners can do when they find themselves in a season of low (or maybe zero) mileage. Sickness, injury, busyness, low energy, mental health, whatever may be the cause we have all experienced low points in running and we explore how that doesn’t necessarily have to be a bad thing. When you look at all the areas of your life competing for your energy and if you’re physically running less miles, maybe you can nourish other parts of you that have been impoverished.
The main point here is that rest is not failure and you have our permission to take it whenever you feel like you need it!
