Trail Talk | Personal Reflections on the Life of Truman Capote

by Chase Parnell — August 9, 2020

Let’s get weird. That’s one of my favorite lines of all time. I always love it when people do things that they’re not comfortable doing. I think it’s one of the great challenges in life — to push up against societal norms. I’m not that good at it, but I try on occasion when I’m in the right mood.

Depending on who you are, you might consider the content of this video to be strange, indulgent, TMI, self-absorbed, overly sensitive, or nonsensical. And that’s totally fine. My goal of the day was this: go on a run, take my GoPro, and share some ideas and thoughts that have been reverberating around my brain.

And hey, the scenery ain’t bad either.
