Nikki and I begrudgingly got out early after a late night of dancing and wedding madness to squeeze in a run on some wet trails starting at the Lewisburg Saddle Trailhead near Corvallis, Oregon. It was one of those mornings where you linger in the car and and think, why did we do this again? But of course, once you’re on the trail, all is well. Enjoyed gettin’ weird on this one. Asked all the big questions, answered none. Well, except when I asked Nikki what she was afraid of in life, and she lovingly said, “You!” Ah, shucks. My bae.
