YouTube | Tumalo Mountain Run Date | Commentary on Wildlife and “Nikki’s Tree”.

by Chase Parnell — October 29, 2019

Check out our latest YouTube video where Nikki and I sneak away for a morning run/hike up Tumalo Mountain, a local hill with some of the best views of the Cascades anywhere in Oregon.

About mid-way through I provide some irresponsible commentary on preparing for wildlife while in nature and Nikki shows you “her” tree. At the very end, there may or may not be not be a compromising snippet of me attempting to create a cool video shot while Nikki sings the Lion King theme song. Then, I say, “What’s up Nate! What choo know about video! What’s up Eric! Where you at!” There, I’m referencing the two actual real life film makers in my life, Nate Gerhardt and my bro Eric Parnell.

Anyways, this outing was GOOD TIMES. Hope you enjoy! Leave a comment to let us know you stopped by!

  1. That was a fun video! I’m going to bet that there are a lot of people that move to Bend that have never been on the top of Tumalo Mountain! So pretty and inspiring to get out and observe nature!

  2. PS – all my years in the outdoors…I have never worried about wildlife. Only about crazy people. You don’t need to post this…I just needed to say it.
